Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between GlobalisTMS OÜ ("GlobalisTMS") and the business using the service ("Customer"). The service consists of AI assistants that talk on the Customer's behalf by phone and web.

Account and approval

Account creation is subject to GlobalisTMS approval. Each phone number is approved separately. The service does not go live before approval.

Customer obligations

• The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of prices, policies and knowledge base content it enters.
• The Customer must hold the right to use the phone number.
• Legal notices to callers (AI and recording notice) are a platform rule and cannot be removed.
• The service may not be used for fraud, harassment, unsolicited marketing or any unlawful purpose.

Action policies and liability

The Customer decides which actions the assistant performs automatically and which require approval. Actions requiring approval are not executed before the Customer approves them. GlobalisTMS is not liable for outcomes based on incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Fees and term

Fees follow the published plans or a written offer. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice.

Governing law

Estonian law applies; courts of Tallinn have jurisdiction. Applies to non-consumer parties.
